Founded in October, 2008 by me, the October Foundation is a non-profit and non-government organization aims to support directly the ones in need, it is dedicated to HEART to HEART and HAND to HAND charity support the education of young children in the remote rural villages and orphanage centers in nortthern Vietnam.
